・Pasta (Japanese Black Beef Ragu Bolognese, Tagliatelle)

・Risotto (made with Tanba Sasayama Carnaroli rice ~ Porcini mushroom risotto)

・Italian beef tongue bollito, simmered for 5 hours until tender, served with garden-style salsa
